Free Trial

Ramen Labs offers a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, users can explore the platform before starting a paid subscription. Subject to change.

Subscription & Billing

Ramen Labs is offered as a monthly subscription service. Billing occurs on    recurring monthly basis unless canceled by the customer.


Refund & Dispute Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for first-time customers only.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial payment

The 7-day free trial period is included within this 30-day window

Refunds apply only to first-time subscriptions

Subsequent subscription payments are non-refundable

before initiating a dispute so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time directly from their account dashboard.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

Access to the service remains available until the billing period ends

No further charges will be made after cancellation

Use Restrictions

Ramen Labs is available globally. Use of the service is subject to standard SaaS restrictions, including prohibitions on illegal activities, abuse, or misuse of the platform.

Promotions

At this time, the only promotion offered is the 7-day free trial for new users. No additional discounts or promotional offers are currently available.
